DSA Balanced Baseball Bootcamp

The habits that are built during this crucial age range for an athlete will have a lasting impact on the rest of their career. This camp is about making sure players understand the different aspects of the game and how to maximize their potential in each of them. We want athletes to have passion for their sport and approach it with a mindset that they can play forever. Be prepared to listen, learn and practice.

Athletes are required to bring their own notebook/notepad and pen to take notes.

Monday July 17th - Friday July 21st
11:30 AM - 1:30 PM
$275

  • Long Term Career Point of View

Other Information:
  • The camp is two hours long each day. Athletes are encouraged to eat before and bring their own water or hydration fuel. We will have quick drink breaks but will not stop for food.
  • Athletic wear is required however, baseball uniform is not required. No Crocs or Hey Dudes while training.
  • No cleats. Please clean dirt off of bags and shoes before coming into our big league facility.
  • Parents, you will be asked to stay in the lounge. We separate the athletes from parents so that they can go through some of those scary moments alone and learn to be okay in them. Plus, it is impossible for a young athlete to learn and master a movement with 100 eyes glaring at them. We want them to be relaxed, learn and be excited to show you everything afterwards!
  • It is mainly an indoor camp but some aspects may be outside.
  • Coach Lance will be programming the camp and will help run it with a few other coaches.
  • There is no refund for any missed days.

"I quit coaching at the professional level because I recognized my passion was in helping young athletes get off to a good start by teaching habits and rhythm. I enjoy analyzing routines, mechanics and mindset to help a polished athlete get better, but there is nothing like seeing a kid fall in love with the crack of a bat or the pop of a glove." -Coach Lance
