Speed & Power Program (All Athletes) - Week 1

Week 1: Monday July 31st - Friday August 4th 

Week 2: Monday August 7th - Friday August 11th

We will run a 10 day program leading into the school year focused on getting the body to move fast and explosively. 

Here is what you can expect:
  • Med Ball Work 
  • Landmine Work
  • Jumping and Other Plyometric Exercises 
  • Heavy Lifts (advanced athletes only)
  • Explosive Movements
  • Muscle Contraction Exercises 
  • Overspeed Training 
  • Resistance Training 
  • Core Strength 
  • Mobility 
  • Functional Movement Training
